The concept brings together independent practitioners under one roof —including physiotherapists, aesthetic clinicians, holistic therapists, private consultants, salon suite
operators, and wellness providers — creating a collaborative, cross-referral ecosystem in the heart of Glasgow.
Inspired by the proven U.S. micro-suite model Oxygan offers flexible, fully serviced, digitally managed studios with lease terms from 6 months to 5 years. The venue will operate without a receptionist and will be fully digitally managed using smart
access systems, automated billing, and secure access control.
