ADEEL ASGHAR

A dynamic professional with a diverse skill set and education in marketing, law and business modelling from Oxford University. At 2x.Group He heads up the partnership with the brands that we represent and work with.

With a key focus on emerging trends, consumer behaviours, business modelling and strategic alignment. He also heads-up master franchise opportunities Globally with a key focus on Middle East and Asia.

ALESSSIA ZITO

Alessia joined the firm after completing her LLM at the University of Glasgow and is currently the Real Estate Partner at 2x Real Estate.

She leads our real estate department and deals with property acquisitions for major franchise brands across the UK.

In addition to managing the firm's asset portfolio, she supervises the firm's property management team as well as providing clients with expert advice on property investments, marketing strategies, compliance, financial reporting, tenancy management, and planning applications.

ANSHUL SOOD

Anshul brings extensive experience in hospitality and travel sales, with expertise in Catering, Food & Beverage, Sales, Hotel Management, and the hospitality sector. An MBA graduate in Marketing and Human Resources from The ICFAI University, he combines strategic insight with a people-focused approach. Currently, Anshul applies his skills to property management at Century 21 Commercial, overseeing commercial properties and ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

NIKHIL SUNIL

Nikhil supports the commercial property team by assisting with property operations and transactions. At Century 21 Commercial, he contributes to ensuring smooth property management and delivering a positive experience for clients.
